个人简介董晓涛,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,2021年1月博士毕业于中国科学院大学(导师为姚红杰研究员),并在中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院从事博士后研究工作,于2023年7月加入河南大学基础医学院
主要研究方向:
1)利用多组学技术手段发现精神分裂症、儿童孤独症、肥胖症等重大疾病的生物标志物;
2)肿瘤干细胞命运决定的表观遗传与代谢交互调控机制研究(肺癌,胶质瘤等);
3)功能性肾脏干细胞的诱导和分化。;
承担的研究项目:
1)国家自然科学基金青年项目,2022.1-2024.12,CTCF通过介导染色质高级结构调控非小细胞肺癌发生发展的机制研究,在研,主持;
2)中国博士后面上一等资助,2022.7-2023.2,扩展潜能干细胞诱导过程中染色质可及性动态变化及其调控机制研究,已结题,主持;
3)河南省科技攻关项目,2024.1-2025.12,功能性肾脏前体细胞高效诱导及转化应用研究,在研,主持;
4)广东省自然科学基金面上项目,2022.1-2024.12,筛选和鉴定染色质高级结构调控因子作为治疗非小细胞肺癌的潜在新靶点,在研,主持;
5)河南大学高层次人才启动项目,2023.7-2027.7,重大疾病标志物的发现及多维表观遗传调控细胞命运决定的机制研究,在研,主持。
